O2 Simplicity iPhone and Smartphone

Hi All,
Is there any reason that I couldn't get a Simplicity iPhone monthly SIM to use in my unlocked HTC Hero? The Smartphone and iPhone SIMs are the same price but the iPhone SIM also includes unlimited wi-fi and I'd like to use this too.

The smartphone simplicity includes WI-FI as well, it's just not advertised.

Rather than start a new thread, I thought I would tag onto this.

I'm looking to sign up to a 12month sim only for my Nokia E71. o2's cheapest Smartphone tariff is £20 and I don't need 600mins. They do however do a £15 iPhone Tariff with 300mins.

Will the iPhone Simplicity sim work in my E71, and get me inclusive data and wifi?

Added to this will I get a standard sim card not one of those iPad micro sim things.

The iPhone 4 micro sim is just a normal sim with a pop-out centre. If they send you one of those, just don't pop the micro bit out!!

I don't see any reason why the iPhone sim would cause a problem, but to check (and it will only cost you a fiver extra) get a 1 month iPhone Simplicity and if that works, upgrade to the 12-month one.

Wish I'd done this before. Quidco's just increased from £25 to £40. I missed out on the last cashback increase, so would loathe to miss this one. But not at the expense of getting the wrong tariff.

Anyone else tried this?

Why couldn't o2 just do a 300min Smartphone simplicity plan?
