I made sure the first room and last rooms they would see had more money spent on good quality finishing touches to create a wow on the first impression and on the last room they saw.
Well the viewing went well and they offered the full asking price there and then!! As they don't have a secured buyer at the moment we are still marketing it but it's a good start. Thanks again for all the advice.
Congrats! You must have showed it well. Fingers crossed the "offer" turns into a progressable offer. You are quite right to keep mkarketing until they have a chain/finance ready to go
