    Quite bright and sunny here now but it has been raining during the night. SIL has just rang as they are on holiday in Ayrshire. Off to do living room list and I want to get out the back and clean the gutters out from when they did the repointing.

    Dust and polish any electricals
    Wipe and water and plants

    Level One
    Clear and wipe work surfaces
    Level Two
    Wipe units and large appliances
    Give one small appliance a good clean!

    Clean through the cupboard
    S&S hob

    Sundays plan

    Clean kitchen
    tidy up garden
    make dessert and biscuits
    [STRIKE]Take food out of freezer - don't forget![/STRIKE]

    Kitchen floor swept and mopped
    All ironing done and put away
    Rest of clothes put away
    Waiting now for floor to dry then finish of kitchen list - then done!

    Don't worry, I do too... I STILL haven't booked my taxi for Tuesday, or thought about packing...

    I've done the washing up, emptied the DW, refilled it, emptied the TD, folded the washing and am now avoiding working

    im back again this week, although better late than never.

    My house isnt to bad this week, i have kept on top of it although ashamed to admit the kitchen has been rather neglected and the living room has stayed tidy cause ive barely been in it.

    hopefully this wont take to long to blitz through, then im off work till thursday afternoon, so should be able to manage a full week of flying by doing a few bits daily rather than all at once!

    Monday ~ Kitchen and Dining room
    Level One
    Declutter and mop/vacuum floor
    Clear and wipe work surfaces
    Level Two
    Wipe units and large appliances
    Give one small appliance a good clean!
    Bake a cake or find something new too cook.. see what you can make from your cupboard contents!!!
    [STRIKE]Straighten the shelf of cookbooks![/STRIKE]
    Level Three
    Wipe the table, replace the cloth if needed and dust and deweb!
    [STRIKE]Clean through the cupboard[/STRIKE]
    S&S fridge/hob


    Extras
    1. [STRIKE]Tidy up all the window sills! [/STRIKE]
    2. Empty and wash out bins!
    3. [STRIKE]Dust/wipe/wash blinds/curtains etc[/STRIKE]
    4. Clear the top of the fridge and freezer!!
    Tuesday - Master bedroom and landing
    Level One
    [STRIKE]Remove wash and replace with clean the bedsheets and duvet cover[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Open the window and let in some fresh air![/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]sort out your stash of slap.. what is past its best? Unworn? worn out?[/STRIKE]
    Level Two
    Clear the floor of clutter.. the landing too!
    [STRIKE]Wash the windows[/STRIKE]
    15 minutes floordrobe clearance
    Level Three
    Clear out one cupboard/wardrobe that needs it
    [STRIKE]Turn and vacuum the mattress[/STRIKE]
    Dust all those spider webs away.. I don't care if they are your halloween decorations!

    Extras - Pick a few!
    1. Fill a binbag for charity shop!
    2. Find 5 things to ebay
    3. List those 5 things on ebay.. no escape this time!
    4. Wash any curtains/duvets/cushions that need doing!
    Wednesday - those frightening kids rooms and spare rooms
    Level One
    Clear away anything that isn't in it's place, clothes, toys, books etc
    Make an appointment for some ME-time.. hairdressers? manicure? night out with friends? .. whatever just do it!
    Level Two
    Vacuum the floor
    Dusting.. all those shelves and flat fluffy surfaces!! Don’t forget the light shade and curtain pole!!!
    [STRIKE]Strip beds, turn and vacuum mattresses!! and replace with fresh linen .. check if duvets need freshening up too!! [/STRIKE]
    Level Three
    [STRIKE]Clean 2 windows[/STRIKE]
    Sort through a cupboard/chest of drawers and get the clothes out which are no longer wearable, too small or out of season!
    Wipe any sticky marks off walls and doors





    Extras
    1. Find 5 things to ebay/freecycle
    2. Wipe the radiators, skirtings and window & door frames!
    3. HHI
    4. Mid week fling!! grab a binbag and fill it with stuff to leave the house.. rubbish or charity shop or to donate to a friend!
    Thursday - Bathroom and Study
    Level One
    Clear the floors of clutter
    [STRIKE]Open the windows and air the rooms[/STRIKE]
    Level Two
    Clean/vacuum the floors
    Shine the bath,bog,basins etc
    Twinkle the tiles
    Level three
    Clean the toilet seat germs off the telephone, keyboard, mouse, monitor, sockets and switches
    declutter the pc desk
    Sparkle the mirrors and windows in these rooms





    Extras
    1. Binbag dance
    2. Throw out/get rid of 3 things from every room in your house!!
    3. 15 minutes filing
    4. HHG.. if your garden is already beautiful go out and enjoy it for half an hour!!
    Friday ~ Living room, Hall, Stairs and Porch!
    Level One
    Declutter all the floors
    [STRIKE]Tidy away the coats and bags and shoes etc[/STRIKE]
    Level Two
    Vacuum all the floors, shake the muck out of any mats
    Dust and polish any electricals
    [STRIKE]Wipe and water and plants[/STRIKE]
    Level Three
    [STRIKE]Check all those smoke alarms![/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]straighten any books/CDs/DVDs etc on shelves[/STRIKE]
    Tidy the understair cupboard




    Extras
    1. [STRIKE]Wash any windows in need[/STRIKE]
    2. Wipe over sofas if needed
    3. Clean the mantle.. polish and put back only what is meant to be there.
    4. Wipe skirtings and dados and door frames!
