    I'm here avoiding planning...

Although I have translated a powerpoint on prepositions from French into Spanish, and managed the animation with only a little bit of expert consultation from DS1. This is a lot more exciting than it sounds, as I have little black mice flying in from all over the place into, onto, behind, in front and next to all sorts of furniture (we did furniture last week...)

I had to do coffees after church this morning, which I only disciovered at about 9.30, just in time, messed up the arrangements fopr the rest of the day though.

Found out last week that we are having an OFSTED style visit from the advisory service, next Wednesday, my birthday, and I'll probably be observed twice. Oh joy. I've been told I need really stunning and sparkly lesson plans - which has resulted in two sleepless nights, and a complete disappearance of my imagination. It's bad timing as it's the last lesson before the break, and I usually do a fun lesson, usually based on something cultural -like Easter - and involvng chocolate, or cake or both.;) Actually, I think chocoate will have to feature somwewhere.

  • Hugs, serena you can do it!

Got to the bottom of the ironing hill, not so much a mountain this week.

    Hi :j

Friday ~ Living room, Hall, Stairs and Porch!ALL DONE

Thanks to Pigpen for leaving this until last this week - living room has looked great for the weekend - especially when friends popped round.

Welcome back to those who have been on their travels and good luck to those about to set off.

Mountain of ironing to do.... I'll check to see if there is anything on TV later on to keep me company.

Mrs B - hugs to you, hope you are OK.

Still catching up with you all

Just printed 97 pages  of instructions for W so he can combine two if his lego kits. Fortunately I printed them in booklet form so I 'only' used 25 sheets of paper! First time I have tried the booklet printing option on the printer and I am mightily impressed :D just hope W is equally impressed!!!!!

Seems a lot of peeps are in need of hugs so feel free to take one next time you are passing.

ETA been thinking about hols this year and the need to recruit helpers with getting the awning set up! Will keep you posted.
