    Hi all,
Overslept this morning and woke up at 10!!! Haven't done that in ages.

Anyway, Have put the rubbish out (communal bins), put the recycling out, watered the plants, washed my charity shop shirt for interview next week, decluttered a book to the library (and collected two others), visited Lidl and bought more dw tablets.

Should go and put the roast on.... just watching Calamity Jane on the tv though - just love that film!!! :D
working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?
  • Hi all. Hoping you have all had a lovely day in the sunshine.

Managed to get DH to invest in some new shoes and a shirt that isn't polyester so he doesn't look like nothing on earth in case he gets an interview in the upcoming weeks.

    Afternoon all

Two loads of washing done, dried outside and put away. Grass cut back and front. Made a victoria sandwich and a lemon drizzle cake. Sat in the garden this afternoon to read the paper, not been able to do that much this year!

Time to serve up tea now, hope everyone's OK.

(I never thought you were a 'fond mama' BTW;))

Same reason toast drops butter side down

Am getting on with my put-off job. Almost half way through now and trousers hemmed. I have also got DS's footy kit ready in case I am feeling fragile in the morning;) he has to hand some kit back. It's bagged and ready to go *fling* and I took the old cushions to Help-the-aged as was. They are changing their name and are temporarily closed SO the RSPCA got lucky. (Because that was the nearest one;))
