    Afternoon

Not getting very far as the phone keeps ringing.

? do any of you buy pet flea/worming stuff online - if so where is good and cheap

Off to do 15 minutes S&S and I need to put a new water cartridge in ready for all the cups of tea I'll drink while chewing the fat.

Carol - fingers crossed for your preferred topic

Rose - 'this too will pass for everything surely does'

Pooh - sorry to hear about your DS being made redundant

aj hope your plane takes off

Kez well done on your driving lesson, no crashing is the way to go.

I now have new brake pads, yeaaaaaaaa.:rotfl:
Meds collected as well as money lifted for tiler.

    *rant alert*
Grants people rang when i was out leaving a message about calling round to see the room, if it suited. I rang back and he was on his way, so abit of panick cleaning done. The last man told me the room was passed, this man told me i needed to have the bathroom tiled and finished. I need to paint the skirting in the hall because a new part was put on. I need to also have DD's door frame painted on the outside and find out how the smoke alarms are connected to the mains. He say's it won't be passed until then. I bet when he comes out again he'll say i need carpet in the hall.

Hubby has now decided that he's not going back to the CBT or the resource center, apparently everything is great and he doesn't need it.:(
    *rant over*

Now need to see if the glass for the doors is ready and if they are i'll go lift them. Then it will be school run time, need to lift something for dinner to. Then start some more painting.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

We did, but stopped because Frontline seemed not to work anymore. It was a company on quidco if that helps, I shall look properly for you in a mo. What we do now is take an ordinary odourless garlic tablet and kind of put it in the middle of some cheese and give that to the dog as and when we remember - normally about once a week - and she hasn't had any fleas since we've done this. I also understand that it's possible to open the capsule and sprinkle it on their food. I can't say how safe it is for cats as we don't have any, but our small dog is fine with it.

ETA - A company called 'Animal Medicines' were the last ones we used, according to quidco :)
