Have you made marmalade before? If so, just sub clementines for orangesI'd add a lemon or two into the weight, too, for a sourer taste
I like Delia's recipe.

No, but if you've never made preserves before, then set aside a clear half day with no distractionsIt's not difficult, but you do need to concentrate as a first timer as there are skills to be learnt. Do you have a friend or rellie who can hold your hand for the first time?
I look forward to being fascinated:p:p:p:p:p I'm fascinated by Laura Kuhenessberg's coat wardrobe; fuchsia pink yesterday, grey today :T

No distractions may be difficult!! Don't have anyone that makes preserves, I would probably end up losing my temper with them anyway so alone may be the best option to start with:o
Might live dangerously and try it at the weekend;)

Good morning flyladies,
Had a very busy morning. I stripped the master bed first thing and have just put clean ironed sheets on. It looks lovely:D. I've really scrubbed the kitchen, dining room and hall floors. There was all kinds of sticky stuff so I got down on my hands and knees with a microfibre cloth and got on with it. I've washed all the skirting boards downstairs and have made a start on the floordrobe in the MB. The landing is a problem as all DD2 and DS3's gibble is on it as I'm procrastinating. Best I get on with it.....
