Really annoyed with O2
heya guys can you give me some help,
i recently bought a Samsung S500i from O2 Online Shop, it was SUPPOST to come with a bluetooth headset(which it did) and a £75 eBay Voucher,
when we claimed the voucher, we bought a item from eBay and the voucher never worked so we rung them several times and now we havent heard from them, my mum rang and she was slagged off and now she is very upset about this,
they said that they dont have to give us one but they should because otherwise its false advertising isnt it?
HELP ME!

Well according to your profile you're an O2 employee, it'll be easier to complain. If it ain't you should get onto O2 about this Give them an email, phone them or something. My dad recently bought a Nokia 6280, but was frustrated to find he got a LG U880, after much calling and deliberation, the company had us send the phone back. Complain to them, if you're still not happy tell the Trading standards, they will tell you what to do. It's frustrating isn't it!0
