Orange Idiots!

Hi I was wondering if anybody could help me, I am new to this website. I ordered a Contract BlackBerry from Orange around November buyt the first phone they sent me was broken so they sent me a new one. I then sent the phone back in the Special Delivery bag that they provided me with. I never heard anything more so assumed they had recived said handset. A few months later I receieved a phone bill that was way larger than normal and called to ask why this was. The lady proceeded to explain that I had been charged £135 for a handset that had not been returned so I explained that it had. She then checked her records and told me that where one system says they have recived it the other says they havent so automatically they say they havent gt the phone, she also said we can see its not in use so I was told to contact another department which I had to fax this ~I did and they have not said anything. The charges still remain on my account and I can not pay my monthly bill as they are combining them together so now I have been cut off I have been asking them to sort this for quite some time now and don't know what to do does anyone have any suggestions?
I would just go an get another contract but I dont want bad credit history...please help!
