These sound really high in sugar- thats what will add to any hunger: blood sugar rise 10 mins after eating, blood sugar level drop 20 mins after eating, you have had the calories you need but your brain gets confused and sends you out "feed me" signals, you eat to deal with this and result is weight gain.
If your really into these, try them with a source of protein like plain yogurt (no sugar yogurt if possible) or plain milk or even following a proper meal, should help you out a bit.0
