^ Well then they're basically biscuits with oats/grains in them... like hobnobs and flapjacks. Both slow release energy.0

They are so yummy!! I got some as a sample at work and noshed them in about 2 minutes flat... Not sure that I would actuall shell out for them though...Man plans and God laughs...Perhaps travel cannot prevent bigotry. But by demonstrating that all people cry, laugh, eat, worry and die, it introduces the idea that if we try to understand each other, we may even become friends.0

I tried a bit at my sisters at the weekend and thought they were vile! They had a strange perfume taste to them. Definitely not for me.Grocery challenge - Nov: £52/£100

I have been looking for these in asda this week but I can't find them, I've looked in the cereal aisle and the biscuit aisle. I'm not a big fan of breakfast but I thought these might be worth a try.0

I bought some from Asda a few weeks ago for £1, they were on the end of an aisle for the offers. I find them a bit dry and there's some hard bits in them that can't be chewed; strange.
On the side of the box though it says:
"To get your day off to a good start, try a balanced breakfast. This should include.. cereals, a dairy product, a portion of fruit and of course a cup of tea."
And then underneath it says:
"Why not take a little time to enjoy a balanced, yet absolutely delicious Belvita breakfast: 4 Belvita biscuits, a low fat yoghurt, portion of fruit plus a cup of tea or coffee = approx. 20% of your guideline daily energy intake."0 -

I like the milk and cereals ones but find the fruit and fibre ones too sweet
they are handy to keep in my desk for mornings i havent had time to eat at home.
I also like that they come in packs of 4 - if i were to put a whole pack of biscuits in my drawer they would be eaten within a day or 2!!0 -
My daughter takes these for a snack at breaktime with a piece of fruit instead of grabbing stodge from school canteen she thinks the milk and cereal ones taste like those butter cookies with sugar on them that come in blue tins .I know what she is on about but cannot think of the namePaul Walker , in my dreams;)0
