FUP on o2 Homes Broadband

Does anyone know what the fair usage policy is on o2 ("unlimited") standard home broadband package? I've looked on their site and am unable to find anything.

If you mean on their LLU Standard/Premium/Pro packages then it means what it says on the label - ie unlimited though they reserve the right to tell you off if you ever impact other users and in extremis kick you off.

Been on it (o2 Standard)/watching the topic for 2.5 years and don't know of anyone who's fallen foul of the FUP. I/most everyone else gets the full technical capacity of their modem synch nearly all the time - ie c84% of modem sync = result of data download speedtests. THOUGH that said no ISP is perfect and there have been occasional instances of a congested exchange/cluster which they have quickly addressed, and no recent such reports.

If you mean for o2 Access then the FUP seems to mean a limit of 10-20GB a month AND Traffic Management (eg just 50kbps) = not to many peoples tastes.

The FUP is on their contract T&Cs page at:
    http://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/broadband
    then find
"O2 Home Broadband Fair and acceptable usage policy terms & conditions "

(They have recently redesigned/renavigated their site to add in the optional o2 Home Phone add-on to o2 Home Broadband and lots of links/data seems to be in the wrong place/links currently.)

If you exchange is one of the c1250 enabled for o2 LLU Std/Prem/Pro then you may be best waiting a few more days to consider signing up as pre last week you could get 6m free OR 3m free & £70/80/90 £back; this last week 3m free and £50 £back; but today 3m free & NO cashbacks suddenly. So wait till Monday+ and await news.
