I bought this mobile from tesco, it's locked to tesco mobile, i would like to use lebara sim card on my phone.
What would be the best way to use lebara on samsung tocco lite gt - S5230.

I think you need to get the phone unlocked first before it will accept the Lebara sim0

Tesco will unlock it for around 15 quid, or a local phone shop maybe able to do it for 10.
Beware of code's on some sites that say they'll unlock a Samsung. On older phones they worked, on newer models there's a risk they'll change the IMEI to all zero's which will stop it working on any network...0
