Cancelling Mobile phone contract
I am an existing 3 mobile phone customer, my previous contract was due to expire on the 12th May 2010. On the 27th April there was a advert for a 3 18 month contract (£15 texter reduced to £10 a month, includes 75 mins any time any network & 600 uk txts) on the 3 website for a Nokia E63.
After using the phone for a few days i realised it was to complicted to use. i have phed up a few timed to try & change the phone for somthing easier to use. I was told that they will change the phone but will not honor the £5 reduced rate. I then tried to cancel the contract but they will not allow thisas i have used the phone within the 14 day return policy.
Can anybody please offer me any advise.
Thanks in advance

3 will never cancel a contract for a phone that been used, that's been covered on here a number of times.
If you like the tariff but not the handset the only option I can see would be to sell the phone (I'd think an almost new E63 would get you quite a bit) and get either a sim free of a model you like or one on 3 payg.0
