Urgent help needed please - how do i know if a virus warning is genuine ?

    Please open malwarebytes, goto LOGS and post the WHOLE of the log

    I had run ad aware before this and it had removed some items but I think they were just cookies :)

    You could do with updating to Windows Vista SP2.

    I would also update Malwarebytes as the definitions are out of date - not by much but still out of date.

    Then run a full scan again
