    In that case I concur, Newark is, without a doubt, one of the prettiest, nicest places in the UK, except for the staff at CPW, who are obviously not locals....

    aye, alot of the places in the east midlands are nice, but lets just say i refuse to cover in the newark store when im home

    It's in Hertfordshire...All the boys walking around, like innit, yo bro, get me a iPhone (not an) from da store man, you bro what yo after man.......Whilst wearing their bluetooth headsets and fake (diamonte) rocks in both ears....I wonder if Charles Dunstone or any senior management ever drop into these places.

    if i was in that store, they would hate me, and i doubt the seniors go, they all live around the same area in the country

    So the consensus is:

    Go to a decent CPW store - I am told the one in Tottenham Court Road has decent Oriental staff.

    And what about insurance? For something expensive like a BlackBerry is there any point? I remember before I was paying £27.50 every three months before I cancelled it.

    i guess you could either take out phone insurance through CPW or even add it to your contents insurance for your home?
