Because these people who you look down upon are paying for your existance. How's that?

    They pay for my existence?
    How exactly??

As the the last time that i checked it was the Swiss FDFA that provided the funding that i use to fund my existence! :o

But where exactly did i ever say that ''I personally myself'' look down on those people who work in macdonalds??

If you re-read what i actually wrote instead of just jumping to conclusions about what you would like to think that i said,
you will see that what i actually wrote was-

''where everyone else in society looks down on you if you ever tell them what your job is,
and getting a ridiculously low amount of money for doing that job''.

So i never implied even that i myself look down on them for doing that job.

But simply stated the true fact that in the majority of society, 'working in macdonalds' is typically used as a joke to put someone down whos unable to get a better quality job.

For example in schools the teachers/parents say that you need to study hard unless you want to endup in a dead-end dirty job working fastfood for a living.

And i also stated that they are getting paid a ridiculously low amount of money for that job.

As they clearly are severely underpaid,
getting only £6 per hour to work in a greasy job where they get looked down on by the majority of society and have to be on their feet basically serving food to customers non-stop every minute of each hour, everyday.

And so there is no reason why anyone should do a job like that which should be paid atleast £10-£15 per hour,
for such a low salary, and a salary which is barely 1/3 of what they would get paid if they ''were not'' doing that job.

Why would working in a minimum wage, dirty greasy job where everyone else in society looks down on you if you ever tell them what your job is, and getting a ridiculously low amount of money for doing that job,
    help anyone pyschologically??!

Who says all society look down on you? Speaking as a person who is involved quite often in the recruitment of people, I always give priority to a person who has taken a job such as this to keep in work above someone who has scrounged on benifits because they think it is below them. BTW the type of people I usually deal with are qualified engineers and trust me the majority of those would rather work at McD or other naff jobs than be seen on the dole. So if the higher qualified can do it then those less qualified refusing the job is in reality ill founded snobbery. To all reading this who work in such jobs, I respect you for your dignity and work ethic.
