Cloned credit card - how long to sort out?

My card was cloned and cancelled last Monday morning. I have not yet received a replacement, any new login details for their website, or a new cc pin. I also was just told when I reported it that someone would be in touch. I called on Monday to ask how much was the non-disputed balance so I could pay that off. I was told 'until someone looks into it, I cannot say'. I was basically told to just wait until someone calls to process it as a cloned card.
This was Morgan Stanley, apparantly they're experiencing a backlog.
Oh yeah, and further charges seem to have been made to the card since I reported it last Monday.
