thanks so yu have no idea why they need a credit agreement of no relevence then?
so annoyed with them accept 2 small ones but swithering on 2 large ones
dont think me gonna get this if i am honest
thanks

I am baffled to be honest, but maybe there is a reason for this.

I think you will be okay, but if not it will be their own fault to incur further charges to themselves if you take them to the FOS, as they would have to pay £500 out to them for them going as far as investigating and upholding your complaint.
So it would be in their favour to resolve all.;)

Yes I have always copied all my emails to eric every time I emailed customer dept.
Wasn't it me that gave you his email details? lol.

I would not worry and I'm sure more will be done if they know he is involved.:)

Oh and after being given an offer, and emailing the CEO, they then changed it to an upheld reclaim, so it did actually help on all 3 of my loan ppi reclaims, going through the CEO as well.;)

That's okay, not a problem, but I would not worry about the CEO, they are there for a reason and must make sure the staff are doing their job properly, I'm sure they do not want to FSA on their backs any more than they have now.;)

speechless today
received an offer today from lloyds totalling
5 grand wow
however it does say on the slip that i need to return and accept
the money will be paid into my account
not got a lloyds account anymore
will this matter
will i put in my rbs account details
helpppppppp
very happy
ty so much

Wow well done and Congratulations! :T:beer::j

The acceptance slip should give you the opportunity to write down the bank of your choice of where you want your money refunded.

Does it ask for these details on yours?

When you send, post by recorded delivery, and email them
customer.care.insurance@lloydstsb.co.uk
Tell them you have signed and returned the acceptance slip, and ask when you should be receiving your refund, normally they say 21 working days after they receive your slip, so if you post by recorded delivery keep a check on when they received it, via Tracking - Royal Mail Website.

Again Well done!

heres what it says
i mrs xxxx accept the offer made by lloyds tsb insutance of a refund of my loan insurance premuim as set out in my offer in full and final settlement of my complaint
i understand that this payment will be made to my current account
sort code.................
account number................
account name...............
worried now as not got llloyds account
help please

Right, email them or ring them as soon as you can, the tel number should be shown on the letter you received, explain to them you no longer have this lloyds account and for them to send you an updated acceptance so you can add your own details, or ask if they could pay you the amount by cheque.;)

It will be sorted out, not to worry.:)

They will not mind doing this, and many have had to do the same. X
