Hi there
Its best to have these in writing before you take any further action.
Phone correspondence is not that reliable, and if you wanted to take to the FOS you would require to send a copy of the decisions to them.
I would ring them to make sure letters are being sent out on each one of them, where they should give an explanation of how they accepted on some and rejected on the other, then you have something to work on.
They should send you all these decisions in writing, ask for them if they are not planning to do this, good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

yes letters are coming out but they did say the big one wasnt rejected at next stage any ideas ? and or is this just casue they larger amountsor can they refuse to pay also is it normal for this first part rejection then next stage it can be accepted
thanks
Hmmm, this seems to be the case for lots who have had a few with the same company, where the largest one is rejected.
I would write back and ask that they reconsider as you do not understand why they have uphold on the smallest but not the highest ones, yet you have the same reasons.
I would defo keep on at them until the written final response is received, where they should enclose details of the FOS with the leaflet of how to complain to the FOS.The one and only "Dizzy Di"

as when i rang he said i should really wait for letters as large ones only rejected first stage and might be accepted
some hope maybe?

I'm sure it will all work out fine in the end, even if it does mean you have to request they take another look on the larger loan ppi.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Thank you for your latest e-mail.
You do now have the right to refer the complaint onto the Financial Ombudsman Services if you wish to do so.
We are currently awaiting the sales information (Credit Agreement) for each loan. As soon as we receive the required information, we will then be in a position to be able to provide you with a final response.
Unfortunately as all four loans are being dealt with via one complaint, we need to address all four loans within the same response letter due to Financial Ombudsman purposes.
I again apologise for and delays and inconvenience caused
ok recieved this email today
confused now
was told 2 small ones accepted now looks like they not or am i wrong?

Hi there
Blimey we can tell this is LLoyds TSB.
So I take it you've not received any written correspondence through the post yet then?
In regards of the credit agreement issue I am not sure but know in LLoyds its a stalling tactic.
You will be more aware of what is what when you receive the hard copy letters in the post, hope you receive these soon.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"
