Stores only keep records for 3 months but Head Office will have a copy of it. Get the store to email head office with time, date, value of goods & gift card serial number. They can trace it and send the store a copy.
Source: I used to work there and had this all the time ;)
Many thanks for that i will contact head office, I have turned the house upside down this weekend to no avail, as it was just after christmas I guess it has been thrown out by mistake. I will keep posted if I get anywhere, if not will have to relay the damaged boards with spares I have left.

Plum Products want a ridiculous amount of money for the springs which I am missing!
    Thanks :D

You could always try a Freecycle local to you. We have lots of people who are giving away trampolines all the time (the fad is waning now!) I'm sure you could dissect an old one to make up the new.
PM me with your nearest town. I'll find your local one if you like.

Thanks very much, I hadn't thought of freecycle. I registered with them a little while ago, so I'll have a look.

    Thanks again :T

...and my receipts are all in my fireproof safe where yes I plan to keep them for about 20 years as thats how long my floor is warrantied for :)

I do things like that too.

I would suggest photocopying your receipts though as the originals can fade.

And you might want to keep the receipt for the fireproof safe somewhere else ... :rotfl:

Have you asked if you can *buy* the additional parts from the manufacturer?
