OH and I bought a parsley plant from Mr T before Christmas and it's still going strong - despite having a practically-dead experience when we moved house in February. They're surprisingly resilient!

Thanks everyone, I have bought 2 potted plants from Morrisons 1 mint and the other flat parsley 79p each, and I also bought three herb pots and a tray from the charity shop for a pound, so they are now on my inside window sill, now thats all I have to do is figure out how to use them.Low Carb High Fat is the way forward I lost 80 lbs
