This is strange if its just Voda, unless you have a hosts file entry that points to , noooo I am talking to myself again you have already said it says 195.232.193.8 when trying to connect. I need a think/drink/visit will leave you to the other guys until I am full/empty in any order .... be back soon

Hi, I hope someone techincally minded can help with this?

We have 2 laptops and one PC all connected to the same broadband, but none have been able to access the Vodafone website for a few days now. We have no problem with access to any other websites, and I've been able to access Vodafone at work.
It may be that vodafone.co.uk have blocked your IP address (on your router) Pure speculation of course but try this https://www.vodafone.com then select Services for you UK see what happens

I did actually check the host file earlier and there is no entry, so you are correct!

Thanks for your help - I am definately out of my depth on this one :p

I surely do, and my friend also works for them, so I will check with her tomorrow to see if there are any problems she knows about.

    I may be back!

    How do I do this?

Thanks for all your speedy replies :T

Log in to your router and look for an option for Domain Name Server (DNS) Address. I had a problem with accessing Facebook a while back and changing the DNS worked.

Your router will give options for primary and secondary DNS. Change the primary value to 4.2.2.3

Only just got around to trying this, but it didn't work :(

    Any other ideas out there??
