Basically they did a credit check on her, accepted her and sent out the sim. Completely normal.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0 -

yeah but it had already said they needed to contact her in 24 hrs to check things :question:0 -
Maybe they didn't. Its an automated thing, the system failed to check the rating automatically so it is passed for manual verification, in some cases they do need to ring up for details but not in all cases, if the computer was just having a bad day and failed to verify the credit when it should have done. :PAlthough no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

I know all about this. They refer it to the headoffice or underwriters if the score isn't high enough, in this case, they decline, or if they need to do additional checks such as verifying the address, CIFAS, if you have a password on your credit report etc..
If it's not an identity check, they decline you.0
