Ryanair - misspelt name

    never thought i would reply in favour of Ryanair but i have just spelt my name wrong; looked on the website where they want £100. Thought i would ring up and see - so i could then moan at them for being so unhelpful - and they did it for FREE! All i had done was put an extra "L" in my surname so quite obvious. Advice is BE POLITE - IT CAN WORK WONDERS.:T
