I really like it too - my eyesight isn't great and it stands out really clearly for me.
Yeah got to agree that it's much easier to read and much less cluttered for those with not so great eyesight :)

Im not for or against the new forum style, i think i have some preference to the current one just because i am used to it.
Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies

First impressions are much better - I didn't know the old one needed changing but it looks so much nicer, and clearer.
I like the way that the resource bar is more prominent and that it all seems to fit neatly in a full screen view when you first view the dfw board.
Having said that, for this reply box the smilies box ----> seems half trapped underneath the right hand nivigation menu :)
Will post more as I discover things but so far :T

Not entirely convinced about having the thread stats box in the first post like that - it looks particularly wierd where someone just asks a one line question! It seems very dominant for something I suspect most people don't really look at (i.e. how many views a thread has had etc)

Other than that it looks very clean and all seems to work for what I normally do!

I don't usually like change but I think it looks great :)

While I have the chance can I please ask if the Please post vote for me posts here thread could be moved to the competitions board? All of the posts that require votes are competitions, they're not for gaining referral cash for recommending someone to a site or taking up a gambling offer/Sky Tv offer, they are purely for competitions. And unless we post a link on the comps board nobody sees them :( Pretty, pretty, pretty please :T:T:T:T:T

    I'll get me coat now:D
