Agree with two posts above (Torres Cadena of Columbia is the referee in 1992).

Honduras - Picture clues (6,8) First pic is Woodrow Wilson and second is a palace somewhere so Answer = Wilson Palacios

That's a REALLY bad choice of palace for them btw, as that's actually Palacios de Carlos, and there's a Carlos Palacios in their national squad as well.

Gone through every Swiss team I can think of, womens, under-17's, under-21's, and none of them have been losing finalists.

I've looked everywhere for the Swiss one and only came across the same as OwtForNowt in 2009 (Brazil) and the 1924 Olympics (beaten by Uruguay). I've looked at clubs and national team, male & female, age restricted, VIVA world cup (which I'd never heard of) and variants of the game such as Futsal & beach soccer and even 'other' footballs (Aussie, American) etc. The only FIFA country that is 4,8 is Cote d'Ivoire even taking into account former countries.

Thanks for the update. I have the answer now! It is Park Ji Sung, BUT the answer is JS Park.
