Italy - Who Loves ya Baby was Kojak's catchphrase wasn't it?

Pierluigi Collina also known as Kojak?????

    lol have found this -
Strictly speaking not a footballer but no list would be complete without the
outstanding Italian referee with the menacing stare. Collina lost all of his body
hair due to severe alopecia and his baldness became his trademark, earning him the nickname Kojak and the respect of players around the world. from here

Good thinking TMK - I think you've got it. With Kojak / Telly Savalas being Greek I didn't know where to start, and the only bald Italian footballer I could think of was Vialli.

PS. Are you going to update Post #3 ?

I suppose I should but I wanted the thanks to go to the guys that deserve it, like yourself and DoJive and everyone else that's helped with the answers. But having all the answers on one post will be easier for peeps to find, so I'll update it, thanks One-Eye :)

    Group G

Brazil - Kaka (All have towns of this name)
Korea DPR - 1966 (Last time they qualified England won)
    Ivory Coast - ?????
Portugal - Panther? (Eusebio nickame, Black Panther.According to Wiki "Black panthers are melanistic colour variants of several species of larger cat" including Panthers)
ETA: One-Eye's suggestion of Eusebio as the answer for Portugal seems more likely to me

Ivory Coast - PENALTY SHOOT OUT
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/C%C3%B4te_d'Ivoire_national_football_team

The Côte d'Ivoire team is notable for having participated in (and won) the two highest-scoring penalty shoot-outs in international football competition – the 24-shot shoot-out in the final of the 1992 African Cup of Nations when Ghana was defeated 11–10, and the 24-shot shoot-out in the quarter-final of the 2006 African Cup of Nations, when Cameroon was defeated 12–11.

Could Ivory Coast be 'Penalty Shoot Out' rather than 'Highest Shoot Out' ?
