I'd say it's far more likely to be Samoa, the team they beat 31-0.0 -

Doubt it, it says a crucial match, that was a friendly (plus it doesn't fit! You can't just leave letters out to make it fit.)0 -
Group C
USA - Fire
The others are all American Football teams, the San Diego Chargers, Miami Dolphins and New York Jets.0 -

yes but:
On June 30, 2002, the day of the final match of the 2002 World Cup, Bhutan, then the second-lowest ranked team in the world, won their first game ever. They played against the worst team, Montserrat, in a friendly match known jokingly as the 'Other' World Cup Final, winning 4-0.
I've tried looking for other matches, including cricket and rugby...:otop 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne
would like to win a holiday, please!!

I've found a few instances where Montserrat has been spelled without the "t" i.e. Monserrat........could they have spelled it incorrectly in the answer box???0 -
Dojives answer for Urguguay - There wasnt one - doesnt that fit the words, 5-6-3? havent had coffee yet so sorry if talking rubbish.0
-
Bhutan and Montserrat - They have changed the question to 6,3,10 so it now fits!
Note that Rene Higuita (not Huguita) is the correct spelling. Australia beat AMERICAN SAMOA 31-0 (the other Samoa is Western Samoa) so I am not sure that Samoa is the right answer.0
