Best website/Airline for flights to Alicante, Spain?

Hello all, wondering if there was anyone on here who gets a flight only to Alicante and if so which website do you use? I know alot of English live there, me and the gf are going to visit her Cousin from say a Thursday-Sunday any time from July- September before they sell up and move back.

Need flights from Gatwick/Standsted. The reason I ask here is because I know there are cheap return flights with people like Ryanair (we got £40pp return last September), but I have no idea when these 'offers' are.

As it's only a 4/5 day trip we don't want to overspend on flights. Obviously we have accomadation sorted.

Hopefully someone who works in the travel industry or someone more in the know may be able to help!

I just keep looking literally every day and see when it looks like a good price. If you use skyscanner it will give you prices for a lot of different airlines at once.
