It goes without without saying that the site will be busy on Friday.

That was my first thought when I heard of the deal. Their site will crash within minutes.

I've got Facebook open, I've got the website open, I've got my carefully selected items in my basket (just the two things, and things I would have needed to buy anyway), debit card primed and ready and I'm getting the facebook alerts sent to my mobile (also sat next to me). Is there anything else I should be doing? (other than exam revision :P)

managed to get my order in and confirmed after having it open on the enter coupon code page all morning but now site appears to be down completely.

got confirmation email but when i go into 'my account' it says i haven't placed any orders!


edit: just spoke to customer services who confirmed my order had gone through and it would be showing in my account soon but would take a while as obviously the site's really busy at the moment

Mine appears to have gone through although it was v-e-r-y s-l-o-w! I have had an email confirmation of my order too. Didn't go mad, got some school uniform, shoes and summer skirts for my kids. All stuff that was needed anyway
