Orange help

Hi we moved house and had our phone reconnected with orange and internet which i had in our old house. They came out reconnected it but it still wasnt working i rang them up and they said they were 99% sure there was a fault at the exchange but if the engineer did have to come to the property there would be a £105 charge i told them straight away not to bother sending a engineer out as i was not paying that price to get my phone line on. Anyways the next day a engineer turned up at my door and now ive been charged £105 i went on sky website last night and ordered to move to sky for my landline and internet but where do i stand with this £105 they say they would not have booked a engineer if i had not given permission but i didnt give permission i told her not to send one out. I have asked them for the call to be listened to but convientally the call is not there to listen to.
They have said today that if we dont pay the charge it will go to a debt collections agency then we will have bad credit from them
