Have you used a different providers SIM card ? Your phone could be locked to a different network and you will need to get an unlock code from that network.
In order to get the code, you will need an active SIM card for the network the phone is locked to.0 -
If it's your 6230 unlocking it will fix it (see your other post)0

Have tried o2 which is what I thought phone was on also see my post "what network".
