No, because you need to get Voda to provision BIS (push email), if you don't the Blackberry internet service will not work. If they do set it up, there is a monthly fee.0

As above, blackberry require a special service, if you do not subscribe to it then you can't use its features. This is not to say that non-blackberry functions like normal data use (web browsing) will not occur. Something like this is still chargeable outside your package if not included.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
