Scammed of £175 on Asda Vouchers

Hi all,
I was recently scammed of about £175 by a rogue on ebay (his ebay id was NICEGUY!!).
He sent me 4x£50 vouchers which I thought was a good bargain but the vouchers had nothing on them
I reported this to paypal and then filed a claim but paypal immediately closed my claim saying that they do not cover 'Item Not described' which I had put my claim against
Luckily I got a mail from ASDA security today saying that they had tracked this bid and had adviced ebay that this was not a genuine bid and that ebay should stop the bid which ebay did not do
ASDA has now asked me to contact ebay and ask them to refund me as they were warned about this by ASDA and ASDA has given me their full contact infomration and are happy to speak to ebay or the police if required
Now can someone tell me how do i make a claim or dispute on ebay as when I try via dispute console it takes me to paypal which i did earlier but was of no use
Is there a link or an email id of ebay dispute which anyone is aware of?
Apparently there was a few people who were scammed by this NICEGUY!

Just out of interest, what was his feedback like? Have you tried contacting your bank? They may have buyer protection that will cover you. Also it might be worth reporting this seller to the police if you have their contact details.

he had a score of 19 (now 17).
I got 2 emails from his other victims after I had left a neg feedback saying they too were scammed.
I thought id go to the police as a last resort coz they might not pay that much of an attention of online auctions..0 -
What's his proper Ebay ID? I can't find him.In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.

Hi
I was scammed in the same way 18 months ago and lost £300 for Argos vouchers. The police found and prosecuted the guy as he had scammed others but as he was sent to prison for a few months there wasn't any compensation, other than £105 from ebay itself. If he hadn't gone to prison he could have been ordered to pay back the money. Seemed strange to me.0
