I ordered the Capricorn Leather-faced Chair as well as a few other items. My total incl VAT was £53-54 & also managed to enter 3 different codesto get free stuff - let's see if they all turn up! G

Can anyone tell me the diameter of the legs of both the viking and neat ideas chair? Are they bigger than the seat? Just wondering if it will fit under my desk!0

Ordered the Malaga leather faced chair (HE8-MALAGA) on Thursday evening at 6.00pm. Delivery arrived at 8.45am the following morning. Thats what I call quick service.
For all you sceptics, I can confirm that Timbouk has been telling the truth with regard to his posts. The description on the box states its an Executive Leather Massage Chair. The chair is comfortable and it even has padded leather arm rests which my previous Viking chair never had.
I have searched the Viking website but cannot find this chair in their listings.
I would have been happy with the Malaga chair but having the bonus of a massage feature makes it a real bargain.
As Viking offer hassle free returns, you could return the Malaga chair if you were really after the Massage chair. You'd only lose out on the original postage costs unless you got your initial order delivered free.
Hope that helps someone.0 -

Sorry to make you repeat yourself, but I just want to be clear.0 -
I suspect viking have a number of leather chairs to clear, maybe they are a mixture of models/makes. If they just describe the most basic one then they are covered?0

headcovers wrote:Sorry maybe I am being thick, but I don't understand your post, so can I clarify. You ordered the HE8-MALAGA at 29.99 and what you received was a high back leather chair with a massage feature. Was the item the HE8-MALAGA or was it mistakenly another type of chair? If I ordered the HE8-MALAGA, would I definitely receive a chair with massage or would I only receive that if they made a mistake.

FAO headcovers.
It seems you must have understood my post because what you have stated in your post is correct.
The description on my invoice is Malaga Leather Faced Seat Catalogue Number HE8-MALAGA. List Price £150...Your Cost £25.52 plus VAT.
I ordered the Malaga and was sent the Executive Leather Massage Chair as seen in Tibouks picture. There is definitely no guarantee that if you order the Malaga...you will get the massage chair. However, if you fancy the Malaga and were going to order one for £30....I would consider receiving a leather chair with a massage option to be akin to a free upgrade to business class.
Hope that clarifies my original post0 -
The neat ideas chair is coming up at £49 for me , am I doing something wrong?0

@Timbouk - My chair has arrived today (at work so I've not opened it yet, I'll do that when I get home).
The box says its the "Malaga" and has a picture on that indicates that it hasn't got massage function. Timbouk, did yours have any indication on the box that it is the massage one?
I'll be gutted if mine isn't the msaage one! :-(0 -

If the box describes it as the 'Malaga', then I believe you have the leather chair you have ordered.
The 'Massage' chair has the description Executive Leather Massage Chair on the box and there is a picture on the side which shows the the remote control and cable link to the rear of the chair.
Cheers
