I voted Green for the local election-think they can actually do something useful for the community, plus no lib-dem candidate inthe local.

Aww you're one of us, too! X

OK Rutherglen and Hamilton West. Labour will hold I'm sure, be interested to see what the movement is like. 61.89% turnout. pretty good.

Oops never meant to paste that bit in. LibDem support down 7% in my area

Hmm Annie. Not looking great at the moment. All this maybe this and maybe that stuff is driving me nuts, I am too tired to be patient about it.

Mr Brown got back in. No surprise there. In as much as I don't agree with a lot of his politics, I truly believe he is a man of integrity, and good intent. His speech is pretty good, too. It's the right balance of being glad to have won, and intent to continue what he is doing. A nice goodbye too if they lose.

Do you know what I think Annie? I think we will get a hung parliament and Mr Brown will go to the LibDems to form a coalition. That would be the best result for the country and for me. I am Scottish, and we are not raised to be living under Conservative rule, it's just not in our blood at all,I think it goes back to the English stealing all our land and giving it to noblemen in exchange for wenches or support in the middle ages! Or Mrs Thatcher stealing our milk and PollTaxing us!

I know what you're saying Jackie but just because (some/alot) of Scots don't feel raised to it, I still think a Tory majority is a distinct possibility.
