Morning all,
Hope evryone is well.
I am a bit sad today as the cold weather has killed all my courgettes and bush tomatoes. My own fault I suppose by putting them out too early but the house was looking like a jungle and I needed the space.
I have also gained the pound I lost so back to square one.Jan £10 a day £326.75/£3100 -
Aww Rosie :-( not a good day so far then hun-well it can only get better i suppose?! big hugs
Oh dear Poosmate-it sounds like you have an irresistable aura that attracts insects! That is a shame for your garden tho-perhaps try some pots just outside the door so you can run back inside when you hear any flapping wings near you?!
Morning Dilli-oops about the deposit-I'm sure they will ove the invites tho hun so dont worry just yet.
I think i've broken my blackberry already-was recieving emails fine last night but it aint this morning..oops! now trying to find out what i've done :-(0 -

Jo - In my determination to get some sleep, I kept going back to bed, so by 3.30 this morning, DD2 had woken DD1 with her crying and neither would stop, so with 4 in the double bed, it was a bit crowded and I was the one parked on the edge, god do I have a sore back! Added to that OH left at 6, and his alarm and door slamming started off the crying again. Nevermind, I will be fine til about 4, thats when it will hit me and I will be useless!
Just packing up to head down to the PO, looks like it is going to rain thoughThankfully it hasn't got cold enough here to kill off the plants, got to be the only good thing about being so far out. Was worried about the grape, but it has started budding, so should be fine!
My garden is more of a dumping ground for random pots atm! Will find somewhere to put them all eventually, but the bits and bobs are growing fine regardless
Have been watching someone on EBay for the past few days, and have seen them selling a consistant 10-20 products a day, small items, so I am going to investigate and see if I can find their supplier, cheeky, I know, but if I don't, someone else will.turn £100 into £10000 in 2010 member #16 £567.68/£10,000 -I'm a wiggly worm, I'm a wiggly worm, how do you do, I love you, I'm wiggly worm!0 -

Morning all....
Hugs to Dilli, Rosie and M&P!
Can you guys help? I am in a quandary about this job application. I'm not sure what to do. I know I can do the work but I am wondering if I am taking on too much, what with working 20 hours, the kids, the house, OH away and the business. I really want my business to work but we need some extra pennies coming in, well, not desperately, bills are paid, we live comfortably but I would like to be able to pay mortgage off etc etc.... I guess I am just being a bit greedy!
I think I have just answered my own question !LOL!
Anyhoo.... how is everyone else?sealed pot challange #572!Garden fund - £0!!:D£0/£10k0 -
Hi Mambury, I think you need to follow your gut on the job. If you are comfortable enough money wise then maybe think about whether it is work you would love and enjoy and how life would be if you had to spend 4 hours a day on that job. does it feel good/ exciting/ interesting - does it feely heavy and like a burden.
It may feel heavy and a burden but you may still have reasons to give it a go i don't know. just seems like you need to have a good think about it and do what feels right.
I don't think anyone can really help. All I would say is that wherever it is possible work in order to live and don't give up living in order to work any more than you need to. of course you may feel differently about that.
