    Morning All,
I just wanted to give a few digital hugs and say happy Monday to all of your lovelies xxx

Nixi – good you ain’t letting them get you down (((hugs)))

Em – I can’t see your posts but hugs to you too.

Skint – mail order cakes would be fab, the convenience factor alone would make me buy online. Great idea MMTWGR. Also maybe you and Paula should team up offer Sulkie cake toppers with the cake service???? I was going to say a cake like a calculator for the accountant??

Elly – chuffin love you, you always crack me up thanks for the new tales from smirkingtree x Also well done on the debt busting!

Jo – yay glad that Joprah is back in action with the internet. Funny you mentioned Byron Katie I was meant to do a tender for a website for her earlier this year!

    Bingo – welcome back!

Munchki – yays xxx Glad that the new job is going well, and just so happy for you in general. You were having a terrible time at the start of the year, just goes to show what a difference time, determination and friendship can do. So, very inspirational x

Nikki – big waves welcome back, I think we have all fallen off the wagon at one time or another, just great that you are still trying. Good for you getting the ebay listings back on track!

Mabel – just lol at the hulahooping on the headland.

Saucy – hugs xxx Sometimes the way that people treat us leads us to believe that we are unlovable, but that is not the case. We all love you here for one. You have had a really hard start that has incorrectly lead you to believe that the fault lies with you; but I don’t believe that is the truth. And unfortunately our parents or families lead us to feel more responsible for their personal issues than we actually are. The one thing that I have learnt over the years is that if you focus on making the best decisions for you that is all that matters. When you try to make everyone happy that is where it all goes wrong as it is an impossible situation to put yourself in. What Jo and Paula have said is spot on ; go easy on yourself.

Paula – don’t give up! It is the most terrifying thing in the world putting yourself out there. And it can get to you when it doesn’t initially get the interest; but you have to keep pushing and believe that with some time it will take off. Everything around us is the manifestation of someone’s idea. It will build up just keep the faith hun. And it will work out. I had a wobbly moment with my mini run of bad luck, where I almost talked myself into giving up. That would have been the worst decision I never made, I pulled it together and now things are looking up. So DON’T.GIVE.UP. xxx

In other news, this weekend got to meet my lovely cousin from Australia for someone so young he is so level headed. I don’t remember being half as sensible, philosophical, or driven at that age. Must be something in the water down under lol.

Have had two other bloggers request interview with me and pics of my stationery so that made the heart feel good : ) Also the cards are printed for the giveaway – but I will share those on the ville. Xxx.

Need to sort out this trip up to Manchester, and get on with the ready made range and sorting out this launch party. (never would have even achieved this much with our your lovely dribbler support)

    Love you all xxx

Lol good luck Elly :) and thanks Mabel!
Hmm, might have made a mistake. I've got no watchers and no bids on the topper I've started off at 99p and someone's asking if I can do a motorbike...so I've said I can do it for an extra thirty quid...aaaarghhh! I've never done one before, what if it goes for 99p and I have to do a sodding motorbike? lol. To be honest I'd probably make an OK job of it (keep telling yourself this Paula...) xx

You could always have a play around with what you could make? Clearly there is interest! A motorbike would be so cool...my Dad would love that.
I'm dispatching OH to Waterstones tomorrow, they are holding a copy of the book for me. I'd completely forgotten about them...I'm having one of those days!

(Edit: Does this sound really patronizing and obvious? I apologize if it does...)

Walked into town (very slowly) to do the shopping, kidneys started to really hurt so bought a drink. Was drinking it while crossing the road, slipped off the kerb and splashed it all over myself. Completely covered me...and it was pink, and I'm wearing black today. I swear my hand eye co ordination is rubbish!

Anyway, am feeling a bit more inspired today, so thank you for all of your support yesterday. It's appreciated :)

Glad you're feeling better and glad you're getting the book! Not obvious or patronising at all, you're doing a me and being overanalytical lol :) I started a thread on the weddings board asking for advice and got some really good criticism as well as some positive feedback. So Nixi, thanks for that idea! Hope you're OK today.
...I miss MummyandPaige and hope she's ok too xx

Mambury great news about the sales. How is the job thing coming along? got to do my application tomorrow.

    Jo x

no sign :( The woman was supposed to come round last week, never showed up and when I called her she gave some lame excuse... I guess that one's not going to happen. I did see a job I want to apply for but there's no way I can get the childcare to do the job. It's so hard as round here there are so few jobs, let alone ones that fit in around a young family. I will HAVE to make PM work sooner rather than later.... Big push from September when the kids go back to school.

-well my topper has been on Ebay two days now and nobody is watching it - I feel very anxious and my inner saboteur is urging me to give it all up as it clearly isn't good enough etc etc. Yuck. However, I find a nice mix of mentally swearing at the negative voice in my head, and thinking about all the nice things all of you have said, is working somewhat. I keep thinking it's a bit like fishing, all this throwing out adverts into cyberspace and waiting for a nibble. Here, bride-y bride-y! lol. ..:) xx

Have you looked at the amount of cake toppers on ebay???!! It will take a long time for you to be noticed like the others said. Can you let me have a link to your listing and I will look if there is anything else you could do? (if you like??) As the others said (both with Etsy and Ebay) if you have time do some more, different styles... how about some baby ones for christening, animal ones for nutty americans that make their puppies get married... and I;m sure there are loads more that your could do....
As the others said, you can do it. I hae every faith in you... and theres a lot of support here for you!

Not a lot gone on today... OH had a paperwork day so getting into the office for 45 mins this morning was a bloody miracle...
Hopefully a bit more done tomorrow...

    Hugs for all from me!
