Em they may well have emailed all who were shortlisted last time. plus she is leaving and some longstanding trustees have stood down at last agm. may well be for positive reasons but I need to get a feel for what has been going on.
also sounds like she has been doing a great job so I need to see if what I would take to it would still fit the direction it is taking. if that makes sense.

Whats the general situation? People found their passion and developing into business? Or established businesses going on? Much ebay? Much car boots? Or is everyone too Alan Sugar for these sort of things now ?

lol and so you should be Jo - whether you want it or not, it's testament to how highly they think of you (YES IT IS!) It makes perfect sense that you have to see whether the job fits with you and vice versa. I'd do the same, but i'd want to make sure i was progressing my application while investigating things so that i didn't miss the boat!

MMTWGR it seems to be a bit of everything. different things for different people.
Skint is doing sooo well. think she must be over the 5k now and Nikki28804 has got loads too.
many of us haven't got ongoing totals but still keeping on although for some the challenge has bcome about stuff other than the specific 10k too.
and yep you've definitely been missed.

Em got 20 days so will be starting my application and investigating at same time. at least if I get an interview it will be in school hols so makes it a bit easier to get preparation time.
Thanks for the hair suggestion too. never heard back from my email. but it was througha directory listing as they don't list an email on website. so I plucked up the courage and rang them and asked if they used models for training and he said yes just book an appointment and they will use it for a trainee. I forgot to ask about price though.lol but at least I did it.
