maybe you'll set them a fantastic example elly and they'll promote you to elly queen of practices to troubleshoot them.lol.
I might be applying for another job. I applied for it last year and got great feedback from interview which I believe was genuine as he said that out of 6 candidates 2 were outstanding and it took them over 2 hours to choose and he'd never been in that situation before. BUT it was the other one who got it. however she is now moving on and they have emailed me to say the job has been advertised again and would I be interested in applying.
Its 10 hours a week at £5 more than cafe. Its flexible and much more in my "field". a lot of it is home based but then going out doing volunteer supervision etc. could still do some cafe work as well. would be at least £300 a month more income than now even if I did no cafe work. and if I did cafe work as well then it would add about £ 460 on top of the cafe wage.
of course no guarantee I would get it at all but might try and have a chat with current post holder to see how its moved on and changed since she started etc.

Hey Jo that sounds great - it must feel like such a boost that they emailed you specifically! It sounds like the job's yours pretty much! I think you should definitely apply for it and then once they offer you it, you can decide how much you want it. Well done! Fab news x
