Hun just ignore them - tell them that you have scanned it already....
also say that you have checked into DNS and that the only issue you can see is the SOA expire number which is currently Your SOA EXPIRE number is: 3600000. That is NOT OK http://www.intodns.com (is where I got the information). Tell them that this is a business critical day for you and refuse to budge until they check things from their end.

mabel - pm me your ftp logins, admin logins and any logins with heart.
It is highly unlikely to be a DNS highjack which is what the SOA record is (status of authority)
3600000 is ok if it has only ever been that - the RFC (Request for comments) on DNS states the number must be unique for that record and increment. intodns.com only ever provides guidelines as to what they would use.£4142.49/ £131,795.91 - 3.14% paid off or only £129,608.80 to go!

Today was the funeral for the children that died in the fire a couple of months ago. What was most strange is that just as the clock struck 2 on the town hall, the procession went up towards the church and just as they were being carried into the church the local chip shop went up in flames. It was indeed very strange. Beautiful procession though, along with the lad who died in afghanistan 2 weeks ago, he was buried on monday and that was a fantastic service aswell.
Just found it quite poignant about the chippy at time of the funeral. Buxton needs some bl00dy good luck now!0 -
