I've got to do this first :-download content and scan for viruses? how do i do that???? and then i've got to put in a ticket to support to do the following.
you can put a ticket to the technical dept and submit a request to scan your data with server antivirus. We can also restore your account from the backup if needed. As soon as you make sure that your site is no longer infected please contact google to find out how to remove your site from the list of non-trusted.

Live help told me I had to scan it myself first Jo then contact tech support..presume they do a different scan or something..grrrrr I am so angry at the moment..feel like the piggin incredible hulk-going to explode in a minute!0

MM think you need to take a break for a little bit. why not go out and do something in the garden for 15 minutes or have a little walk and the come back and see if anyone has come up with an idea how to do it?
It is a blip and it will get sorted hun.
maybe you could speak to live help and they could talk you through how to do it?

Mabel calm down! Deep breath! The good news is that your site is working for anyone going straight to it, which is probably the majority of your traffic. Do you know how to access the files for your site? Have you got security/anti virus software? If so then you should be able to do it. Have you got an FTP program, or how do you upload to your site? Might be easier to respond on the other site!!!Life is a work in progress0
