Thanks Elly - he has just been on a singular one for quite a long time ? 2 or 3 years. just came off it about 3 or 4 weeks ago after reducing it. planned to do it last year after spring but he had such a bad winter and spring that we kept him on it due to having 4 months building work coming up. so this year he's had a better winter and spring so brought him off it :-( now he's had tonsilitis and now this. although tonsilitis didn't affect his asthma at all despite not being on the steroid inhaler. now he's back on it again which I'd really hoped wouldn't happen. have appointment with the asthma gp on 29th to discuss it properly.

what inhaler is he using jo and how old is he you can pm me and tell me to bog off if you want .singulair is a bed time tablet that often lets asthmatics reduce their steroid use unfortunately it doesnt help all of them .So finally debt free and it feels amazing however continuing here to stay debt free.Next declutter house and body and finally swim under that waterfall x0

Lol Jo i'm not much better, only know about it as I live with a load of footie fans haha. We are playing nigeria I believe. We have to win tonight to get through to the next stage I think although I could be wrong about that. 2-1 to England is my guess.
