Hi Elly - no idea on the prices. hope you are feeling a bit better.
Thanks for the info about the pallet/fencing. where they very rough ie need sanding too. just wondering about little fingers and splinters?
well been sink shining again today.
hoping some of DHs stuff sells on ebay this weekend. got a couple of bids on the smaller/ cheaper items but hoping the 1 worth about £200 goes although might not get that much for it.
Was not supposed to be working this weeken but am doing 7 hours on saturday now. so that helps too.

Evening all,
I am typing this from my new office – it is the junk room but after months of crap I finally realised that I need to have some personal space to work.
I love my family however I find that I can’t get any freaking time to myself and it has had a massive impact on how much I have been able to do.
Because I either have people hanging around me trying to see what I am doing and as the day job seems to be getting busier and busier uninterrupted time is essential.
I am determined I started this year with an incredible goal that has been fun and frustrating all at the same time and I am almost a quarter of the way there.
I am surrounded by boxes and other assorted bits of crap but I am the happiest that I have been working from home in ages. So that is my hooray for today.
My other hooray is kind of bitter sweet I have had a mini part time job which has ended as I am no longer required. I thought that it might last the year and have the potential to make a big dent in the challenge. But alas it is not to be, but on the super bright side – it means that I have more time to focus in as I think that I have been guilty of spreading myself to thinly and 80 hour weeks are no good for anyone.
Other than that had some amazing ideas for invitations and as the little job has gone have more time to concentrate on other little bits.
Money M – after my little paper search odyssey luckily I found something really nice at home. Funny that you go all around the house and then you find that what you need is right where you started. Well don e on being more sociable digitally!
Jenna – haven’t seen you pop in a while – glad that you are well!
Babymoo – waves. Hope the web building is getting a bit better. Wish I could help you I hate using notepad I am a dreamweaver girl all the way.
Midwinter – well done on the sales – it does mount up quickly you just dribble and see : )
Elly – the credit companies are quite well connected up now, so to be honest they are quite likely to have a good idea on how much you owe. The time of when they would lend money to a monkey or a mushroom (not my phrase read that this morning!) are well and truly over.
The most that you can do is check your credit rating on Experian and then try and apply. As for your friend, as my mum would say she is only lying to herself not the company if she has told a few porkies on the application. But , generally the companies seem to base the lending on your current outgoings and debt liabilities. Hope you are feeling better.
Waves to all the lurker and other dribblers who are MIA... I hope you have enjoyed my evenings essay lol
hugs

er ok - Elliy, I wouldn't know where to start, that sounds really difficult, are you an html whizz??
Hi Jo, hows you? have you managed to settle into a routine with your mom now? has she settled in ok? Shiny sink sounds fab - my problem is my sink isn't fitted it is just balanced (has been for 18 months now lol!) so don't really have the inclination to shine it as it is temporary and my new one (with a waste disposal!!) is sitting in our loft waiting to be fitted, which means us having the money to buy worktops, which means making a decision on worktops lol....we ripped out the kitchen when we moved in as it was disgusting and nbasically just made it functionable and haven't got any farther....one day!! xxLife is a work in progress0 -
hi jo the corner we put it in was just to stop the dog ,however brians dad made his brother a fence from pallets i think its your luck one of the ones we got was just half logs looks really good but one of the others only half of it could have been used but bri is going to make tool shelf out of it .So finally debt free and it feels amazing however continuing here to stay debt free.Next declutter house and body and finally swim under that waterfall x0
