This is my p&p costs-I dont charge for packaging so this is just postage-I think it's reasonable?:-
Postage is free to mainland UK addresses for orders over £75. Postage for orders under this amount will be charged as follows:- Orders of £29.99 and under are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Signed For Delivery which is charged at £3.50.
- Orders of £30.00 to £74.99 are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery which is charged at £4.95.

Niixi I think it is the other way round. the numbers are just too small and linear that way round ie 25 people leaving the checkout then the next page 24 then 23 off the next one. I have put a couple of / in the top line to show How I think it is split up. so the ranked top exit page is 1 which is handcrafted-jewellery/product_info.php and the number of exits is 1672.
I originally thought the 1672 was part of the url carrying on from the php but it doesn't seem to be so am assuming it is the number of exits from that page. this number decreases but randomly if you go down the list so seems to make sense to be the number of exits from pages ranked in order from most exited to least exited.

Morning Dilli - you have email...
Looking at the figures as Jo posted, and I havent a clue about your site as ill be honest I am making assumptions based solely upon statistics and not the site.
Your product pages need the most work, usually you find most people drop off at the point when they have to hand over money... Now this means either the incoming traffic keywords are wrong, people are just browsing with no intention of buying/may come back later, the page layout is horrid and needs work or worst still for your business - the products are wrong.£4142.49/ £131,795.91 - 3.14% paid off or only £129,608.80 to go!

Juat thought it was worth clarifying as your checkout page looks like the worst the other way round when in fact it is far from it.
also remember when people leave it is often after having an explore around a few pages so when they decide to leave on a certain page it is not always just about that page but a combination of what they have looked at so far hasn't persuaded them to stay. however that page might be one that could be modified to try and keep them there maybe.
however I also wonder if that top one is all your product info pages as there doesn't seem to be a page with just that url. they usually have something after the php like path_30? or something. so it maybe that it is a set of all the product info pages rathe than just 1 if thatmakes sense. would need to explore a bit more to be sure.

Thanks NLID and Jo,-I've managed to change around the homepage a bit to make it a bit less cluttered-nothing I can do about the side bar for now. have put a photo of the icicle bracelet that links to the Icicle bracelet product page but need to work out something so it then links to the other products in the range coz I'll be !!!!!!ed if I can add links to the other product photos :-/
Ok must calm down and do one thing at once coz I'm getting confused! and I've just sold something on ebay....not a scalextric car but one of those darn power revver things..3 down one to go!0 -
Thanks Dilli !! Thank you I wouldn't have noticed. Thats because I used my email to reformat (no MS office on laptop....grrr, but plans in hand to sort that!!) and then Copied all and pasted...ooops. Sorry everyone. Deleted now.Life is a work in progress0

mabel when I went on the allure bracelet and scrolled down to what looked like matching items eg earrings and necklaces, I moved the mouse over each one and it said allure bracelet even though it obviously wasn't and it didn't link to the piece either so it means more hard work to hunt down matching pieces. if those pictures were clickable links to the items than an explore of your site might flow more easily.
you could have something on each item page that shows and links to matching pieces and maybe a little offer like buy any 3 pieces from the allure range and get £5 off or something to encourage people to but whole sets. obviously the amount off would need to fit the price of that range to makethem think it was worth it and you not to feel too out of pocket. The offer would not need to be on the front page but on the individual items page.

Ah yes - I was rushing, makes much more sense your way Jo. Silly mistake. I was stressing over waiting for a furntiure repair man being late so - he was due at 9.30am, has just been and gone - over 30mins late and then in and out in less than 10mins grrrrr.
Right back to reread and do it properly this timeLife is a work in progress0
