Oooh if you can just ask how to set up a subdomain on the webhostingbuzz site that way I can move the site across. I am just used to hosting something on a single url is all. Just glad that we are close to the finish line on this!

Don't feel guilty silly willy - honestly, I feel a bit better after my moan. The only reason why I have been slowed down is the work PC as the fact it is dead and gone has meant hassle with coding as the stuff I would do in the day is now being moved to home time. And, I think I was just sick of midgnight finishes and then having to get up at 6am for the day job!

Nothing more soul destroying that reading the same book for 8 hours a day, when you could be getting on with work. Luckily, I have the baby laptop with me so although it isn't powerful and I have no graphics software. At least I can edit some code from this end. Then BT homehub kept booting me offline last night so uploading any changes was worthless! Gah

I want to do it MoneyM so please don't feel guilty - like I said finally we are nearly there ;)

Don't forget the mammoth wedding client weekend and Prince Akeem of Zamunda grand exalted ruler of the planet and Grand High Puba generally known as the OH. Also the excitement of my mate moving out my be short lived; she might be splitting with her fiance. I am really sad for her, I just want her to be happy.

  • Hi Dilli - sounds like you have the same condition as me - no matter how hard you work, how much you push your limits you still dont feel to be making any progress! It must be a web workers thing...

It is weird I almost said you get used to the long hours and ungrateful clients after a few years in the game. but that makes me sound like a prostitute!

NLID - lol I know what you mean by the prossie feeling, the best way of describing it all is that I feel as though I am in a hinterland. Whilee it is coming togeher slowly, but it is so painfully slow I get frustrated.

But, then I guess it reminds me of what Steven Covey said, we are so used to pushing ourselves that we are unwilling to let things unfold naturally. I still remember what he said about the fact you can't cram on a farm, you wouldn't expect to plant wheat on Wednesday, and have a fully grown crop by Friday. That is why although somedays I get tired and frustrated, slow success will be lasting - but overnight success will be fleeting. Better, to move slowly and learn valuable lessons along the way than skip along and be as clueless to everything as I was in the beginning of this challenge.

MoneyM - it is just she is one of the sweetest, kindness least malicious people that I know and she always has a carp time of it. I just want happiness for everyone I care about.

    Babymoo - 'ello you! ***waves***
