Thanks jo for the great advice. I had made a mental note to get into the Squidoo thing and completely forgot about it again. I am so short of time I just feel as though I have to let things ride for a little bit. I had a great chat with someone at work about my dream of a website for catty things, she gave me some really sound advice and I’m going to push forward with that when I get chance. But the blog and the squidoo things are, I feel, like building the foundation for it all and are actually do-able if I take it in short bursts.

Speaking of which I’m going to look at the link to the real fly lady book, as I think I need to start getting on top of things in short bursts instead of spending full hours doing them. (Was that the real Fly Lady idea or the MSE Fly Lady idea? I can’t remember now).

Mambury, thanks for the offer of help, despite your snotty nose J. I’m still getting rid of my loft stuff at the moment – only sold 2 items this time, so think the rest is going to the charity shop or a boot sale. I’ve tried it all 4 or 5 times now, so don’t think it’s going to go.

I did buy quite a few bits to try later on in the year, and they are all sat up in the loft ready – I need to get registered as self employed though before I start on that. Hopefully though it will make me a bit of money back that will go straight into my catty business.

Toots – I’m definitely on for a week on Friday. Can’t stay over due to the quantity of animals that can’t be left for long periods, but I’m sure we’ll make a good night of it. Ooh, kitty pressies, wonderful!! Thank you!

I am doing quite well with my Weightwatchers – I managed to get into my smaller trousers this week – they were the first ones that got too tight when I started putting the weight on, so I’m really pleased. I have a skirt that is my true measure though – I can zip it up but it is definitely too tight still. Once I can get into that comfortably, I’ll be a happy (skinny) bunny. Yay!

How is everyone else doing with the weight challenge?
