Muller Cinema Tickets - anyone receive?

Pompey ... just got a message on my mobile from earlier, left by David Littlewood. Wants me to ring him tomorrow to let him know how I entered the competition (i.e. by phone/email), then he'll sort out my tickets.!

Come to think, it's so long ago, I can't remember if I rang or emailed.:rolleyes: Can someone help please ...

Edited as I think it's coming back to me ... didn't we have to answer a silly question on the Muller site and they sent the "winning" email if you got it right?

I would imagine that they just check to a database so if you provide them with an email and a mobile number they should be able to trace it...the more details the better, so if you do have an email in your system that will help.

Although I have been told that my tickets are on the way - not yet received!!

Spoke to David this am ... he took my details and said someone was ringing him this pm. to verify everything, then my tickets will be sent.

I asked him how long this would take and he said it should be pretty quick. He did say however that his desk is covered with various emails/letters from people about not receiving their tickets!

When I asked him what went wrong, he basically said the computer was unable to cope with the number of entries and a lot of people's details were not stored, or were lost. What also added to the confusion was the fact that Muller had two competitions running at the same time ... the text one and the Bridget Jones one. No excuse really though ...

Have finally received the tickets!

After a bit of further chasing they arrived this morning.

David called me last Tuesday apologising for the delay (which was nice of him) and telling me that the tickets were on their way.

Still not recieved them though. Will e-mail again if not recieved by the end of the week.

I had to chase them up. To be fair I spoke to him yesterday and he sorted out for them to be sent by recorded delivery!

After speaking to David about 3 weeks ago, I've still not received the "promised" tickets, so have just emailed him to chase.

Determined to get these eventually.:rolleyes:
