im doing my cbt saturday when should i sendd of this letter the one thats says im going to get 3 points and £60 fine?

I don't get it. You were riding with no insurance, no license, and over the speed limit yet they're only doing you for the speeding? It must have been your lucky day!

(NB I don't understand the bit about 'excepting the insurance letter').

I took it that the OP meant 'accepting'. People often get 'accepting' and 'excepting' muddled up even though they have almost opposite meanings.

You have 28 days to reply to their offer of a fixed penalty, so as long as you do so within this time frame you won't be making matters worse.
